Synopsis

A petty criminal who loves a sex-worker and wants to run away with her savings meets a laid-off factory worker who is desperate to stop his wife from working as a housemaid

Indranil Roychowdhury

Director

Indranil Roychowdhury graduated in English from Jadavpur University in 1992. He received a postgraduate Diploma in Film Direction from FTII Pune in 1995. He worked as a freelance writer /director in Kolkata from 1996 to 2000. Since 2000, he has been directing and producing TV commercials, corporate documentaries and television shows for Tropical Blue Entertainment, and subsequently from 2008 July, for Flipbook, of which he is the proprietor. Flipbook, incidentally has line produced Phoring, Indranil’s first full length feature film.
