Synopsis

Attempts of injustice meted out by the powerful King Kans on the residents of Gokul using the might of his army and the successful resistance put up by the residents of Gokul under the leadership of an extremely clever Shri Krishna is the theme of this story.
It is a fight between power of ruler and the power of the common man. The movie was made during Indian Independence movement and without any direct references to the same, the story draws a parallel to the British Rule and India’s struggle to gain Independence.
