Synopsis

Chan-sil, a film producer, finds herself unemployed with the sudden death of her long-time collaborated director. Out of prospects and out of luck, she moves into a bargain room in a shoddy neighborhood. But something doesn’t seem quite right with her new elderly landlady.

Director

Kim Cho-Hee (김초희) was born in Busan, South Korea in 1975. She studied French Literature at Busan University, and she pursued her master’s degree in Film Theory at the Université de Paris, Panthéon Sorbonne. She was the producer for many of Hong Sang-Soo’s films from 2008 to 2015.
