Synopsis

Kaudikali is about the stories of three people who face challenges in their lives. The first story is about two brothers who make a living by wearing costumes and dancing. The second story is about a man who hopes to drink with his master one day, and the third story is about a young boy who believes he is not intelligent. When each of these people are given an opportunity to achieve their dreams, the movie explores their reactions and the effect their actions have on those around them. Life is a game that contains both innocence and darkness, and this movie shows how these two sides of human nature play out in different situations.

Writer and Director, Sinchana Chandramohan, born and raised in Madikeri, began her career as a Journalist and then moved into Acting for Small Screen. Her skill sets include Screenwriting & Direction. Passionately she decided to make a feature film and chose his Mother tongue Language KODAVA for her first Directorial Film “KAUDIKALI”
