C.V. Shivashankar was born on 23 March 1933 in Tiptur, Karnataka, India. He was an actor, lyricist, and director, known for MAHADIMANE (1971), PADAVIDHARA (1967), and HOYSALA (1975). He died on 27 June 2023.
