Santosh Davakhar, 42, is a Mumbai based project consultant, IIM graduate, and social activist. Formerly a professor, he also studied screenplay writing at FTII. His socially conscious films, such as ADNYAT, ANTAR 19, and AJANVRUKSHA, have won international awards. His latest feature is GONDHAL, a film rooted in Maharashtras regional culture.
