MARYAM MOGHADAM, BEHTASH SANAEEHA

Maryam Moghaddam, born in Tehran in 1969 or 1970, is an accomplished Iranian actress, screenwriter, and director. Notable for her roles in CLOSED CURTAIN (2013) and RISK OF ACID RAIN (2015), she often collaborates with her husband Behtash Sanaeeha on projects like BALLAD OF A WHITE COW (2020) and MY FAVOURITE CAKE (2024). Behtash Sanaeeha, born in Shiraz in 1980, initially studied civil engineering before pursuing filmmaking. His acclaimed works include RISK OF ACID RAIN (2015) and BALLAD OF A WHITE COW (2020). He received the Best Screenplay award at the 33rd FAJR FILM FESTIVAL.
