GAMAN is a Marathi feature film that explores migration and the emotional cost of leaving ones roots behind. An elderly couple from Konkan struggles to adjust to city life while staying with their sons in Mumbai. Their bond with two migrant siblings briefly fills the emotional void. As separation and loss follow, the film reflects on how future generations slowly lose their connection.

ಗಮನ - ವಲಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಬೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊರೆದು ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೊಂಕಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವೃದ್ಧ ದಂಪತಿ ಮುಂಬೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುವಾಗ ನಗರ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗುವ ಇಬ್ಬರು ವಲಸೆ ಸಹೋದರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಸೆಯುವ ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ ಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಖಾಲಿತನವನ್ನು ತುಂಬುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಂತರ ಬರುವ ವಿಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ನಷ್ಟಗಳ ನಡುವೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ಮರ್ಮಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
