Synopsis
Kanasu, a 10-year-old child, returns from abroad to her father's native village. Her neighbor is an old man who raises rare varieties of chickens. The old man keeps to himself and is rumored to be cruel. Kanasu makes friends with other children in the village but stays curious about the old man and his chickens. One day, she accidentally harms one of the chickens and gets sick because of guilt and fear.

SANTHOSH MADA
Santhosh Mada has worked in the South Indian film industry as an assistant and director. His works explore the purity and innocence of rural life. His movies tell heart-warming stories, without compromising on the visual or cultural aspects. MOOGAJJANA KOLI is his first work in the Arebhashe language, which is a minority language spoken in southern parts of India.
