Synopsis
Longtime friends Mehdi and Hamid work for a debt collection agency. To punish them for their poor performance, their management sends them into the suffocating Moroccan Sahara to track down some bad payers. One day, in a gas station in the middle of the desert, a motorcycle parked in front of them. A threatening man is handcuffed to the luggage rack. This is the fugitive. Their meeting marks the beginning of an unforeseen and mystical journey.

Director's Biography
FAOUZI BENSAÏDI
A theater director and actor, Faouzi Bensaïdi directed his first multi-awarded short film, THE CLIFF, in 1997. Then he co-wrote FAR with André Téchiné. In 2000, he directed two short films: LE MUR, presented at the Directors’ Fortnight, and THE RAIN LINE, awarded at the Venice Film Festival. His first feature, A THOUSAND MONTHS, received two awards at Un Certain Regard. Then WWW - WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD and DEATH FOR SALE were awarded at the Berlinale.
