Synopsis
In a Karnataka village, Banjara people face exploitation by pawnbroker Gopalanna, who takes their lands and sells them to Ram Prakash. Recently graduated lawyer Ramya, with her senior, fights a legal battle. Despite opposition from Panchayat head Valli, Ramya influences her for social upliftment. In 1978, the PTCL Act helped return lands to villagers. Gopalanna, moved by their honesty, joins Ramya in founding "Banjara Kshema Nidi" for community upliftment, earning accolades for their efforts.
